Job responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. As an Accountant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of their our financial data. You will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards.
* Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support business strategies.
* Manage and reconcile complex accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
* Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate financial projections.
* Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and ensure the organization's compliance with evolving standards.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
* 2 Years relevant experience
* You are either fluent in Dutch or fluent in English. You are a Belgium resident with a full work permit.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
